Layby Policy

Terms & Conditions

You can Layby products at Inspire Our Play so that you can spread the payment over a number of weeks.

Layby is available on purchases of $100 or more. A minimum of 30% deposit of the total of the layby amount is required. Layby is available on a standard term of 12 weeks (unless otherwise agreed upon by Inspire Our Play) and must be paid in full. If an extension is required, the Customer must request this in writing at least 14 days prior to the end of the layby date.

How often must I make payments?
Regular fortnightly payments must be made (unless otherwise agreed upon by Inspire Our Play). If an extension is required, a written request must be made to Inspire Our Play. Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as a cancellation of the layby the Customer

Can I cancel my Layby?
Yes, you can cancel your Layby at any time and all monies will be refunded except the deposit paid

When will my Layby be dispatched?
Once the total amount has been paid off, this must be on or before the end of the layby date

Can I amend my Layby order?
Individual items may not be removed or separated from a Layby. If you would like to add items, please contact Inspire Our Play

How do I place a Layby order?
Email info@inspireourplay.com with the products you would like to Layby along with your contact and shipping details. We will then send you an invoice for deposit payment as well as information on how to make repayments. Deposit must be paid within 48 hours of invoice issue for your order to be confirmed

Inspire Our Play's Layby Terms & Conditions are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
